• SALES REPS must have 4-year degree or equivalent (no sales experience required)
• REGIONAL SALES MANAGERS must have minimum 2-years sales and/or sales management experience (preferably inside sales)

This position requires NO travel, NO weekends — you need a life outside the office. We work hard, and we play hard. We have immediate openings for Sales Representatives (entry level) and Regional Sales Managers

There are no limitations to our customer base throughout the U.S. market. 82% of all businesses lease their equipment. We provide the financing for their needs. WE PROVIDE THE LEADS, it’s your job to close end user business and develop vendor relationships (repeat referrals), by providing professional service and response and our superior financial products. Our approach is professional, concise, and straightforward, which allows you to maximize these opportunities, generating more transactions and your personal income potential. Unlike the mortgage industry, our business is virtually recession-proof and not dependent on federal rate hikes or declines. This provides peace of mind and consistency in your compensation opportunity. Our minimum annual target compensation for entry level Sales Reps is $50,000 in their 1st year.

Sales Managers have the opportunity to earn greater bonuses individually, while illustrating your talents and ability to lead others, earning the opportunity of essentially running your own team, with your handpicked sales professionals. Candidates should have actual equipment/business finance experience or sales management experience, with quantifiable results. Sales Managers should expect to generate no less than $100,000 their 1st or 2nd year with BDC.
